No bakers or candlestick makers, but there are butchers here. Former chef of the Four Seasons makes nice with other chefs equally tired of making fancy foods and opens digs for more appreciative crowd. Instead of quiche, its fried macaroni balls. And house-made ice cream developed by pastry chef pal from back in the Las Colinas day. The fried ice cream alone is worth a visit.
