Classic salt cod pil-pil in chili and garlic oil, chorizo hash, poached leeks with black truffle. Cod roe mayo with fries = genius. Wash it all down with zurra, the Basque take on sangria. Small, narrow space, with groovy organic feel thanks to walls and ceilings made of weathered barn wood. Gets blitzed at peak hours, so plan accordingly.
