Uchiko

Editorial Review

This otherworldly sushi restaurant with hardwood-floor ceilings and brick walls is a bit different than its big brother, Uchi. Here we have Japanese "farmhouse." There you have "contemporary" Japanese. Either way, coastal quality, sustainable fish in all its sushi iterations reigns supreme. The menu changes faster than the weather, but you can always bank on a selection of both hot and cool items that fuse traditional with progressive.
