Ambitious boutique hotel for truly escaping, even though you're smack dab in the center of Palermo. Private roof, fancy bar, plenty of other touches make leaving the grounds unnecessary. Spacious rooms and suites are a bit cluttered when it comes to decor, but mostly up to par. Overall vibe more cheto than grasa thanks to a smart rooftop pool and upscale dining room. Posh lounge with red leather couches, decorative yacht accessories, the perfect spot for a Negroni, illicit conversation about economic swindling. Ultra is also the proud sponsor of a lady polo team.
