Before there was Odin, there was Unis-the preppy, utility-fond clothing store for guys who would gladly style a new purchase with a beloved hoodie from the seventh grade. This place was Jake Gyllenhaal's favorite, back when he roamed Nolita on a weekly basis. Eight years old now the women's selection has been edited down and the menswear has taken center stage. Despite its proximity to the tourist traps in the neighborhood-it's never too pushy. The kind of place where you can hang out on the bench for a good hour before even going in.
