Owners of NYC's now-shuttered Lotus and LA's Sunset Room keep the Old School spirit alive here. Scarlet-tinted décor throws dramatic lighting against double-sided chaise loungers. Paried with some of Vegas' Finest waxmasters, they invite conversation, maybe more intimate contact. Open late.
