The Vdara is one of City Center's non-gaming hotels, trading the tables for deluxe suites, jumbo conference rooms, and upscale shopping. Suites are furnished in ultramodern earth tones, with massive TVs, minibars, and Aveda products all around. All have kitchens ranging from two burners and a microwave to full-sized, stainless-steel gourmet--some even have in-suite laundry facilities. Money saved by not gambling and doing your own washing can be spent at the adjacent Crystals shopping complex, which encourages big spending at Tiffany, Tom Ford, Carolina Herrera, or Kiki de Montparnasse. For more environmentally correct glamour, you can get your French Lavender Soothing Massage, Wild Black Cherry Peel, or Indian Jasmin Flowers Hold Life Ritual at the "green" Vdara Spa. Or head up to the third-floor rooftop pool, kick back in a cabana, and order some tapas and cocktails.
