Shanghai » Restaurant » Xuhui » Indian
Downtown Shanghai’s best Indian restaurant sits on a leafy French Concession street. The split-level interior is decorated in modern Indian style, with the chefs visible through a large glass kitchen window. The curries and kormas are suitably spiced and cold Kingfisher beer is served on tap. Service is a little haphazard, but the food mostly makes up for this one failing.
