Vedge

Editorial Review

The charmed historical property of Locust, last seen as Deux Cheminees, comes to life with the help of former Horizons' owners Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby. A refined marble bar will tempt you from the get-go, celebrating an all house-made cocktail program (infusions, bitters) beside a petite and particular craft beer and wine list. A sunken parlour, multiple fireplaces, dining rooms, and a veggie bar round out the couple's newest all-natural cookery. Expect smaller portions showcasing Landau's advanced craft, with vegetables as the forerunner—a departure from their habit of plating wicked mock meats.
