Editorial Review

This once mobile food cart now has a permanent location where they continue to fire up perfectly crisp, thin-crust pies of the woodfire tradition. Besides their ovens (each one with custom-made), it's the three cheese blend that forms the foundation of these winning pies, and locally-sourced, top notch toppings add an extra punch. Added bonus: cooked at temperatures between 800-1500 degrees, each pizza is ready in about 90 seconds.
