High atop Hotel Nelligan lies one of Montreal's worst kept secrets: a rooftop terrace bar where the high bar stools are filled with high rollers. Jaw-dropping view of Habitat 67 and Notre-Dame Basilica makes up for the pokey service and not-so-cold beer. Eye-popping view of models perched at the bar makes up for the abundance of stuffy businessmen playing hooky with dirty martinis. Best place in town to get a tan, sip a $14 mojito and watch the sunset.
