Stock Exchange starts to rock anew: the building now houses party animals. Probably the same people, just after-hours. Two stories in the basement, thick walls..shouldn't be too bothersome. But neighbors are still getting antsy about the noise in their Downtown haven. "Don't bother us, we have brunch tomorrow." Promises of cultural events, jazz concerts. But look at the website.
