Ukrainian menu gets an upgrade, too, presenting refined versions of Eastern European faves. Crispy chicken liver or legendary borscht to start, follow up with stuffed cabbage or chicken Kiev. Seventy-five vodkas, house version served with appetizers in the “Zabava” package. Specialty cocktails as well, Bowery Beet combines your favorite root vegetable with Nemiroff Lex Vodka.
