Vessel is for those who love a good drink, not those who love to drink - the austere decor lends the place a steely presence, more appropriate for a hip date than a drunken girl's night out. But for those who worship a well-mixed cocktail, Vessel is a godsend. With five different kinds of ice, seasonal fruits, custom foams and subtle tinctures, you're bound to find a new taste experience. Mixologists laud the Vessel 75 (Bourbon, Peychaurd's, symple syrup orange zest, topped with maple syrup foam) but pretty much any liquor here is guaranteed to blow your mind.
