Debuting in Feburary of 2009, the Vice is taking over one of the three ICON towers. 50 stories of tropical Asian rooms.  A ginormous sun deck on the 15th floor. A schmancy infinity pool overlooking the bay. A movie theatre (!) and a billiard room. Oh yeah, a hot Rooftop bar. It's gonna get hot in herr.
