Recent visitors from NYC commented on how Victoria’s Espresso and Wine Bar is just what Aspen needed. While the town’s coffee shops are many, only Vici’s pours quality wines, along with melt in your mouth soups and paninis. Newly opened in the former Ben and Jerry’s ice cream shop on the walking mall across from Wagner Park. Everyone from Red Mountain yuppies to hip young locals gets their fix here. This emerging spot is adding to its breakfast menu, but the busiest times are between 3 and 9 p.m. Ask the staff about ideal wine parings with the daily specials.
