Four épices means 4 rooms, which is literally what this brand new property is. It doesn't hurt that each room is a full service suite that give location scouts a hard-on. Just a few yards above the beach, the complex is built on top one of the oldest stone cisterns on the island and is terraced into a hill that overlooks the lagoon in Grand Cul de Sac. Blinged four chambers come in Nutmeg, Citronelle, Cinnamon, and Saffron. Mix of old and new: Epoxy, steel, and crayola fabrics compete with Phillipe Starck lamp fixtures and gunnite pools. You can meet the other style addicts at breakfast, served group-style at the big host table located by the pool.
