Despite all the Larry Flynt mafia finery outside -- scurrying valets, hulking bouncers stuffed into tuxedoes, the California mansion facade -- what's inside is the usual strip bar. Whatever its name -- it's been called Thee Doll House, Crazy Horse II and other Miami-by-way-of-Vegas monikers -- this latest incarnation smells just the same. But what's worse is that with the joint's liquor license, dancers are not allowed to show full nudity (they use skin-colored latex to cover up the nipples).
