Former wine bar, now also trades in hard liquor. Dog-friendly, cozy and candlelit, with lots of wood and brick. Once laidback weekends now see the singles hoards three deep at the bar, vying for scarce, coveted tables. Early evening still space to interrupt a dog walk and down some Pinot Noir unmolested. Crowd is generally pretty cool, but the secret is out, so seek solitude elsewhere. (Swank new cellar space most definitely not the place to find it.)
