Five-star Asian fusion with flavor to spare. The cross-cultural party gets started early with tapas like Ahi Tuna and Mango Tartar, accompanied by ginger juice and wasabi crème, and Togarashi Seared Kobe Carpaccio. Entrees are all over the map, ranging from a Grilled Berkshire Pork Rib Chop served with a sour cherry sauce and sweet potato croquettes, to a Coriander Seared Tuna Loin served with slices of avocado and finished with a papaya-mustard vinaigrette. If it comes from the kitchen, it’s hard to go wrong. Main dining area is a classic combination of antique Asian and modern European (terracotta statues meet Victorian drapes/chandeliers). Vaulted ceilings keep the close-knit tables from feeling claustrophobic and sizeable Main Street windows keep the bustle out while letting the outdoors in.
