Editorial Review

Pops for Champagne has given up on its jazz lounge in the basement and redesigned it into a vintage-y parlor focused on the greatness of the Great Lakes region. All wines, beers and small-batch spirits are from the Midwest, and the high-backed booths, limestone walls and chocolate furniture could be right out of your rich uncle's bar in his Michigan basement. Comfort food like fried Cornish game hen, charcuterie and oysters make the rounds.
