A giant Swarovski crystal dragon sprawls across the back wall of Wazuzu—maybe it can keep your eyes off the superb people-watching on the other side of the open-to-the-casino dining room. LA transplant, chef Jet Tila offers a wide range of sushi and sashimi, as well as Thai, Chinese, and Asian-fusion dishes. The crowd runs toward the black-clad and goateed.
