Weird Fish

Editorial Review

Tiny, intimate, homey spot feels more East Village than Mission, one of the toughest tables in town some nights due to a loyal, growing foodie following craving their unique sustainably-farmed and inventively-prepared fish and vegetable plates. Don’t fear the daily “Suspicious Fish Dish,” which is probably an unusual breed, more-than-likely locally farmed, perfectly spiced and brilliantly prepared. The blackened catfish is salty, spicy and ridiculously good, perfect with a side of mashed yams in coconut milk.
