What gives with the weird name for the former 3 On Fourth space? No clue. What's known is the inspiration: NYC gastropubs. That means the hot dogs don't have bacon, just other stuff. We suspect dogs will be bypassed in favor of bacon-crusted French toast. Angelenos do love the bacon. Downstairs hosts a slightly frattier vibe and a bar with over 100 brews, from Olde English to Allagash. Upstairs, dates go to chat by candlelight.
