Washington money still argues the bistro's bona fides but keeps coming back to this Ritz Carlton restaurant for a really great lunch. Sensible seafood speaks American English but Ivy League alum stick with safety schools of beef, lamb, or chicken. Appetizers are far more adventurous, the cool lives at the bar. Beige.
