What’s in the name? In the case of Whiskey Bar, complete disclosure. Like the whiskey it’s named after, WB’s interior is discreetly aged and in good taste. The patrons are a multi-generational mix of young locals and discerning couples. And they’ve got the whiskey in spades–115 and counting, regular tastings and ever-changing flight selections, and a staff eager to initiate you into the ways of the distillery.
