Louisville » Restaurant » Highlands » Sushi
Not part of famous Washington Asian-fusion group with the same name (if it were, this review would be totally different; chains, argh), but chill sushi bar, Japanese entrees, and Pan Asian fare delight Louisville foodies just the same. Presentation of tuna tartar in a martini glass might be old news elsewhere, but it's not like you're eating the stemware. Penny-cup sake special on Mondays and Tuesdays brings yin yang to the Highlands: patrons urged to "drink responsibly" but if sake were more expensive, there'd be no option but to sip sensibly.
