As much champagne as a Yankee locker room in October, although more for sipping than spraying. Also, not so many sweatpants. Posh bubbly spot glams it up at the Gansevoort. Two levels of cork-popping action under metallic walls, mirrors, chandeliers. Grand piano sets the tone for Deco-era sounds. Lean back into a gray velvet banquette, show off your ease at correctly pronouncing Egly-Ouriet. (Come to think of it, “Krug” is much easier to say.)
