Dallas » Bar » Oak Lawn » Lounge
So many clubs come and go, and most are forgettable places to drink that eventually drum up only faint memories. Winston's Supperclub looks to change that with an interesting speakeasy-cocktail lounge that borrows a few dècor ideas from across the country: the girl in the glass box à la The Standard in Hollywood and the girls on swings à la Vegas. With a Warhol-meets-Clockwork Orange design, the interior stands out and so do the Winston's Girls, who serve as the living dècor and rotate around the lounge wearing outfits that leave little to be imagined. On the patio, the TV broadcasting classic James Bond movies amuses the fresh air-craving crowd. With a hard door to crack and an almost strictly Euro playlist, Winston's hopes to keep it classy, for as long as possible.
