If you like sausage, Creole blood sausage that is, then head to this Bartian version of Dallas BBQ, if Dallas was authentic. Saturday nights are where it's at, when the staff flames up just about anything you can eat from the Antilles. Leave the Louboutins at the hotel --there's nothing separating you from those conch fritters but a plastic tablecloth. Breakfast, closed Sunday nights.
