In one of the Downtown areas that manages to be both undeveloped and super-hip, Wurstküche is getting all beery and sausagey. Twenty-four of the former on tap. Sausages tend to be of the rattlesnake or alligator or pheasant variety. Even the fries have awesome dipping sauces (White truffle oil? Word.). The adventurer/grown-ass kid in you loves it.
