Tiny, secluded, charming, and dark. Instead of one big place, the class act behind El Portal decided on two diminutive ones. Follow the red neon in to nosh on little plates with big tastes. Grilled baby lamb chops marinated in honey orange sauce; codfish with spicy tomatillo adulteration. Swirl a rioja as you weigh the evening's options. We feel super grown-up just thinking about it.
