Editorial Review

This indoor-outdoor addition to Santa Monica Place (snag a rooftop cabana if you can) is actually part of a chain. Upscale, but chain nonetheless. It offers nice enough renditions of dim sum and other Cantonese dishes. But please, don't worry about if it's authentic. It's not. It's not even trying to be. Just enjoy the wild mushroom dumplings and kung pao chicken lollipops for what they are. The absurd cocktails should help with that.
