Chef Adeline Grattard's place French-Chinese hybrid is officially a hit: all the major French critics have stampeded and adored. Food is prix fixe and regularly changing, but expect some proper veg and Asian prep for French foie gras. The name Yam'tcha translates to "drink tea" and alludes to the available tea pairings. There's also (Yam'Merlot!) wine on offer. Count 30€ for lunch and between 45-65€ at dinner. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
