Another Alan Yau creation( Hakkasan): all day teahouse and dim sum emporium exceptionally reasonably priced. Young and vibrant ‘fooding' outclasses many tea room peers. Take award winning Richard Rogers' building, inject £4.5 into kitting out interior and mix up some sugar and spice. Super fresh Dim Sum, small gem like morsels to devour pronto followed by exquisite Nippon spin on tea and cakes. Think Melon tiramisu and Wasabi chocolates and wince or groan with pleasure. Caveat:Communitarian table-sharing leads to elbow bashing fatigue.
