Designed to recreate a food market, this vast buffet restaurant comprises open-kitchens cooking up cuisines from around the world. The culinary journey moves from hand-pulled Cantonese noodles to Moroccan tagines, custom-made pastas from Italy and Indian curries. Chefs from each country guide diners through their selections There’s also a vast cold salad bar, daily-changing seafood bar and, popular with kids, a dessert and candy counter.
