Park City-style Sushi (read: inauthentic, heavily dressed, really good) in prime downtown, Main Street location. A few specialties that'll surprise (mussel shooters, for example) but if you frequent any other sushi joints, nothing totally shocking. Good atmosphere filled with warm woods and great lighting for parties or a date, and place is never too packed to turn people away at any other time than Sundance. Prices are a little high, but you're in Park City, so expect nothing less (literally).
