Editorial Review

The ultimate old-man bar, Zakopane usually has a female bartender (always in a short, tight outfit) behind the bar pouring beer for old Polish dudes who are literally nodding off at the bar with their money clips sitting out. The jukebox is mostly foreign versions of American songs (think Polska versions of "Like a Virgin"), but the crowd is equal parts sleeved-out shag-cut bad boys and brick-laying kielbasa-n-sauerkraut types.
