Not quite like the late-night tapas experience we had in Seville, but it tries. Bread and olives as soon as you sit down, nice. Chef/owner from Madrid, and from the looks of things a fan of bullfights. Hot and cold tapas just like Spain (nos encantos tortillas Espanola), but what you really came here for is the paella à la Valenciana, that heavenly dish of seafood, chicken, and saffron-flavored rice.
