Park City » Restaurant » Main Street » American (New)
Because Robert Redford is the all-seeing, all-knowing, all-dancing king of Park City, Robert Redford is legally mandated to own a famous restaurant in one of the single most high-profile property locations in Park City, at the juncture of lower and upper Main Street. Why? Because what is Caesar's is rendered unto Caesar, that’s why. Or Sundance. Or Butch. Whichever he was. Point is, four-star, newly remodeled, pleasantly conspicuous. Amicable, rugged, warm—these are the Sundance mantras. That’s what the bumper stickers say. The menus say ‘Chef Brian Prusse,’ which means good things, like poppy seed coleslaw. Winner of Best in State for Casual American in 2007, worth your attention anytime.
