In Zuma, it’s the first-class Japanese food that kung fu’s your ass into culinary enlightenment. Interior is minimalistic. Simple, streamlined and almost feng shui. Beige cube chairs, compliment dark oak tables and beige lattice walls. Black attired, well-mannered and superbly helpful waiting staff ooze efficiency. When it comes to ordering, ask for advice as it can be confusing for the novice. Presentation is paramount. Flavours are delightfully explosive on tastebuds. Portions adequate. Celebrate with sake.
