Long-haul flights can be a bitch in coach, even if airlines are "upgrading" the backs of their planes. The only thing worse than flying coach is walking through the business class aisle to get there, and worse than that is hearing the clinking of real silverware, the smell of real food, and sensing the glow of personal entertainment systems while you're cramped in monkey class (economy is often referred to this in flight attendant world). Then the flight attendants add one last stab to the ego by closing the curtain that divides business and coach, as if the show's over.

The folks over at Cathay Pacific are sending out a mea culpa for filming and then posting the hilarious video of the woman having a tantrum after missing her flight. Apparently, she's not too happy that her antics were on display for everyone to see; her YouTube video got over five million hits in the last three weeks. I guess they should have seen that one coming. According to the AP, "the Hong Kong airline said ... the worker who filmed the video has been disciplined but that another person posted the footage on YouTube."
