While the usual suspects make the front-row rounds in Paris for the haute couture shows this week, there's one celebrity that has surprisingly snuck into the high-fashion mix: Cameron Diaz. Today the bronzer than normal starlet has already hit the Aterlier Versace show with fellow actress Diane Kruger, and was just spotted rubbing elbows with the likes of Bar Rafaeli and Karlie Kloss (pictured) at the Christian Dior show. Is this her new thing?

The Peeping Toms over at The Coveteur have really outdone themselves with their latest room raid. On a recent trip to Paris, they were invited to snap the infamous digs of Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel, which is apparently nothing like the late designer's signature black-and-white design aesthetic, and is actually very "Orient/Occident-inspired," as The Coveteur describes it. Either way, we're jealous.

As we reported this week, Chanel have created exclusive nail colors for Fashion’s Night Out. The three denim-inspired hues, dubbed Les Jeans de Chanel, are available until the end of September, so stock up while you can. They come in Blue Rebel, Coco Blue and Blue Boy.

On September 8, Fashion’s Night Out will once again transform New York into one giant block party celebrating commerce. The Chanel 2.55 might be the world's first high-fashion handbag with a shoulder strap. Tired of carrying her purse in arms, Coco Chanel wanted a bag that would allow her to go hands-free, so she added a thin double chain inspired by the straps found on soldiers' bags. That was in 1929.
