So as while most of you wacky kids were sucking down the celebratory goblets of wine on Saturday night, my diminutive friend and I schlepped over to the Music Hall of Williamsburg to investigate the coalescence of The Mountain Goats and Kaki King. The Pitchfork darlings were stunning -- and there would be little doubt otherwise. But the highest point of the night boiled down to a single song.
