P Diddy and a number of fashion types were treated to Kenzo’s show today in Paris.  Taken over by designers and Opening Ceremony founders Humberto Leon  and Carol Lim just last year, the duo continues to breath new life into the 1970’s brand.  Models entered via escalator wearing deep colors, pretty flowing skirts, and geometric prints. Kanye West isn't the only American people are talking about at Paris Fashion Week. Humberto Leon and Carol Lim sent their looks for Kenzo down the runway today, just two months after taking over for creative director Antonio Marras. Charged with reinvigorating the brand which reached popularity in the 1970s, it looks like they succeeded. Unlike the mixed response for the rapper's line, the general consensus seems to be positive. If you like Opening Ceremony, you'll agree.

I remember specifically where I was when I first saw the Alexander McQueen Spring/Summer 2010 campaign featuring Raquel Zimmermann. Sprawled across a huge billboard above the McQueen boutique in LA, the vivid colors and striking details were so enchanting that I immediately pulled over, got out of my car, and walked up as close as I could to get a better look. It was just so beautiful and still gives me chills to this day, especially now that the designer is no longer with us. But McQueen's art will live on forever, and it's campaigns like these that capture the pinnacle of fashion just right, reminding us why we love this industry so damn much. And while not all 2010 fashion campaigns had as much impact, there were definitely a handful that hit it out of the park.
