Oh, man, stop it already. Restaurant rage owner Vadim Ponorovsky of Meatpacking District foie gras eatery Paradou, you're making the bloggers' jobs way, way too easy. Naturally, I haven't subscribed to Paradou's email list, which is at the center of Ponorovsky's controversy: It was in one of those emails that he raged at his employees in the most visceral way possible, and then, after being battered by the press for doing so, refused to seriously acknowledge any egregious misdeeds, lashing out again at the press. ALL OF YOU, INCLUDING THE HOSTS!!!!" The post broke 10,000 hits, the rage of the masses ensued. Ponorovsky maybe tried to sneak into Gawker's comments to defend his actions. We contacted Ponorovsky for quote. So did Daniel at Grub Street, and Amanda at Eater. Both posts are worth reading. And here's what he told me.
