If your head didn't explode by reading that headline, then watching the video will. Yes, Phoenix was interviewed by Jersey Shore's Snooki on the red carpet at the Grammys. One of the best things the universe has produced over the last decade (Phoenix) came into contact with one of the most important (and stupid) anthropological studies of our time: Jersey Shore. In case you can't deal with watching the figurative Two Girls One Cup of red carpet interviews, I've provided play-by-play commentary to spare your face the harm:

Wireless internet service at airports is becoming more rule, less exception. Google has embraced the holiday spirit by distributing free Wi-Fi at 47 U.S. airports until January 15, 2010. And several airlines have begun to offer wireless service on board flights, ensuring that jetting won’t hinder your daily routine of stalking your exes on Facebook. In a recent survey by American Airlines and HP, 47% of business travelers indicated that Wi-Fi was more valued than food during their flight. People are looking to stay connected with the outside world, especially while in transit. While many airports now offer wireless, some are better at it than others.

Axe body spray came out with an interesting survey just in time for round two of holiday travel. Starting next weekend, the airports will be filling up again, and this time there's a higher chance of your flight being delayed due to the several cold fronts drifting across the country. Snow + lots of people = a good chance you're going to get stuck at the airport this season. If you're indeed stranded, or just looking for pick-up action this holiday, check out the Axe's guide to finding love in transit.

At this point, Phoenix's odds for getting Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix to the top of many, many year-end lists isn't too far-fetched. The album is, for all intents and purposes, a pop masterpiece. It's an album we were all pretty sure we'd be tired of by the end of the summer, and it kept going, kept taking us through fall, and now winter, and is still the same masterful pop genius that it was before. Proof positive comes in the form of impromptu rock doc king Vincent Moon, of Take Away Shows, who, after changing the way we listen to (and view) bands like Yeasayer, The National, and The Arcade Fire, has yet again done it with Phoenix.

After speaking with Noah and the Whale frontman Charlie Fink, you're immediately struck by how closely his voice and personality mirrors the quiet tension of the band's latest record, The First Days of Spring. Beneath every well-considered word, there's a level of abstraction he makes no effort to suss out. It's that restraint that makes Spring shimmer in a season littered with noisome, overstated blockbusters. Fink and his crew don't feel the need to bang you over the head with overwrought concepts. It's also what made pairing them with indie darlings Phoenix such a no-brainer. Noah and the Whale wrap up their tour next Tuesday in Paris. Fink discusses living on the road and a few of his more surprising musical influences. Also after the break: A trailer for Fink's companion film to the album of the same name.

Two enterprising thieves out of the Phoenix area were recently busted after stealing over 1,000 pieces of luggage from the Phoenix Airport. Keith King, 61, and Stacy Legg King, 38 would sneak around the baggage claim, enter from outside the airport, snake bags, and then take them home to resell the contents. The "ring" (can you have a ring with just two people?) was busted when King was arrested a few weeks back after cops caught him in the airport parking lot boosting luggage clearly not his. After King was arrested, he went straight back to the airport to steal more stuff. Cops followed him home to find hundreds of empty suitcases and booked him on the spot.
