An artist named Tracy Ann Lister, who makes unsettlingly realistic baby dolls, has come out with a new line: Harry Potter characters as infants. They're...not cute. Voldemort, Snape, and Dobby all cross over into nightmare-inducing territory. Even so, bidding on eBay seems to stand at over $200 for most of them. Some of the other ones aren't so disturbing -- Remus Lupin is sort of cute, as is Hermione. But holy hell, who is buying these demonic creatures?

Apparently, I’ve been living under a rock for the past six months because I just discovered Huggies makes “trendy” denim diapers for babies. Give me a break though, I’m not a mother or a baby-trend follower. Also, I like to live under boulders sometimes to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. But back to these denim baby diapers. Have you seen the commercial? It’s actually mildly disturbing and reminiscent of Conan’s jeggings episode. These denim baby diapers are apparently limited-edition and very hard to find, selling on eBay for upwards of $30 per package and listed as “no returns accepted”—thank goodness. Alright, Conan, so you did a pair of jeggings. Big deal. But are you man enough to attempt the denim diaper? In other news, these diapers could be a very good and entertaining gift for a new or expecting mother! Watch the commercial, "I've Got Chic in My Pants," after the jump.

For the few of us lucky enough to own an Hermes scarf, you already know about Knotting Cards. Each scarf comes with a card, which instructs on a way to wear your giant silk scarf. The entire set consists of 50 cards, with tips on folding your scarf into a variety of uses, including a bag and a wrap dress (some require more than one scarf). Unfortunately, Hermes no longer sells the full set, but with the magic of eBay, you can still purchase the cards for a reasonable price.

Photography documenting unique and fabulous street style has become an integral part of the fashion world. Sites like Refinery 29 and The Cut have introduced reader look books, meshing personal style with the blogs' regular fashion coverage. The Sartorialist's Scott Schulman and Jak & Jil's Tommy Ton have made names for themselves by documenting the most stylish denizens of the world's sidewalks. Now eBay is getting in on the game. How exactly will eBay, which has been vying to become a fashion destination for some time already, contribute to the conversation? For starters, they've launched the eBay LookBook, which encourages users to submit shots of themselves to the site. They've also partnered with Lucky magazine to host contests where active users, who rate looks regularly and contribute shots of their own, could be rewarded with prizes ranging from a daily giveaway to a $5,000 shopping spree.

eBay has been beefing up its fashion credentials for some time. Ever since the online auction porthole launched Fashion.eBay.com earlier this month, the message became clear: eBay isn't taking the success of competitors from Net-A-Porter to Gilt Groupe lightly. EBay is pushing environmental friendliness thanks to poor sales. The online auction site is hoping that it can make a bit more bank if it positions itself as a 'green' shopping option. On its newly launched offshoot, "green.ebay.com, eBay makes the case that buying something used is as environmentally correct as conservation and recycling," says the New York Times. All items sold on the site have to first be deemed "preowned or sustainable" (I've talked before about what a loaded term the latter is).
