Just when you thought you'd never see an outrageous documentary about crazy people with big dreams, bigger delusions, fighting guinea pigs, mountains of cocaine, and a young boy's first visit to a wig store, along comes Total Badass to cure you of the winter doldrums. According to the film's website, Total Badass is "an insanely funny and wickedly debaucherous documentary about crime, sex, art, drugs, music, and life in the Austin Underground.” As far as I can tell from the trailer, it's also a charmingly authentic (read: cheaply shot) home video-style mashup of Jackass, MTV's True Life , and Harmony Korinne's Gummo.
