British chanteuse might be the most overused phrase of 2012. But that ain't a knock on British chanteuses themselves. Certainly not on one like Lianne La Havas, whose album Is Your Love Big Enough?, is already a best-seller in the UK and hits the US shores August 7. Miss La Havas, whose smoky voice recalls Sade and bittersweet lyrics that would make Aber Meerpooel proud, is as cute as she is talented. This, alone, should guarantee you'll be hearing and seeing much more of the Londoner. 

Today though, Miss La Havas  performs at the London club Village Undergound. Unless you're one of the very luck souls, that show is sold out (of course) but you can livestream it, which we recommend you do, at 4pm EST. 

It sure beats looks looking at Reddit for hours.
